產(chǎn)品概述Introduction  

此機(jī)可與小軋車(chē)（樹(shù)脂壓染機(jī)）搭配使用,適用于化驗(yàn)室定型、烘干、樹(shù)脂培烘色等，可模擬生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的條件．做預(yù)先試驗(yàn)染料、助劑或整理助劑結(jié)牢固度及品質(zhì)的影響。

Used together with small padder/resin pressure dyeing machine and applicable for lab setting ,drying ,resins baking colors and many other processing . It can simulate sopt conditions to test the hardness and quality influence of dyes, auxiliaries and finishing auxiliaries beforehand.

技術(shù)參數(shù)

1.可控制定型時(shí)間，可自動(dòng)進(jìn)料出料。

2.溫度準(zhǔn)確，采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)，溫控電腦帶PID調(diào)節(jié)，溫度在80℃ -250℃時(shí)，±1%。

3.特別設(shè)計(jì)的針板對(duì)于平織布及針織布都能適用，尤其是樣布的經(jīng)向、緯向張力均可調(diào)整。

4.電源：三相電，380V，6KW。

5.外型尺寸（L*W*H)： 立式 800*650*900mm,臥式 1440*650*910mm。
