產(chǎn)品特性:高度分散,氣相法氧化鋁C用做助流劑,PET薄膜的防粘連劑,也可在熒光管和電燈泡以及環(huán)保型粉末涂料用作防護(hù)和粘結(jié)層。AEROXIDE Alu C也用于高質(zhì)量噴墨打印紙的涂層,為紙張?zhí)峁└吖鉂珊蛖zy1}的打印質(zhì)量。用于高級(jí)粉末涂料中,可提高粉末涂料的蓬松度,抗結(jié)塊效果好。對(duì)在高溫,高濕度環(huán)境使用的粉末涂料,具有良好的儲(chǔ)存性。添加量一般在0.1-0.2%,在成品過篩時(shí)加入效果{zh0}。氧化鋁C能提高粉末的帶電性能,尤其是使用摩擦帶電噴涂的時(shí)候,能明顯提高粉末的上粉率和解決死角的問題,同時(shí)對(duì)粉末涂料的光澤度沒有影響。
粉末涂料工藝要求配方具有較好的持續(xù)流動(dòng)性。 德固賽氣相二氧化硅和氣相氧化鋁后加入型添加劑系列產(chǎn)品即具有此類性能優(yōu)勢(shì)。

氣相氧化鋁帶有正電荷,使得其可用作摩擦帶電粉末涂料配方的有效添加劑。 無論是環(huán)氧聚酯混合物、聚酯-TGIC 或是其他樹脂系統(tǒng)。系列各種產(chǎn)品在摩擦涂料應(yīng)用中均提供流動(dòng)性與電荷特性的{jj0}組合。
建議添加量:0.1%.-0.2%

Packaging and Storage
AEROXIDE? Alu Cis available in multiple layer
10 kg bags. We recommend to store the product in closed containers under dry
conditions and protect the material from volatile substances. AEROXIDE? Alu
C should be used within 2 years after production.
