1、外商合伙的概念：外商投資合伙企業(yè)是指2個(gè)以上外國企業(yè)或者個(gè)人在中國境內(nèi)設(shè)立的合伙企業(yè)，以及外國企業(yè)或者個(gè)人與中國的自然人、法人和其他組織在中國境內(nèi)設(shè)立的合伙企業(yè)。外商投資合伙企業(yè)類型包括外商投資普通合伙企業(yè)（含特殊的普通合伙企業(yè)）和外商投資有限合伙企業(yè)。
