In
order to fully understand and master the CNC machine tools for the
purpose of CNC CNC lathes, we can do a good job in the maintenance work
of CNC machine tools.
A
CNC lathe is an automated lathe equipped with a program control system
that can logically process and decode a program with control code or
other symbolic instructions to operate the lathe and machine the part. CNC
lathes are also called CNC lathes, CNC lathes, etc., and are directly
referred to as computer gongs in Hong Kong and Guangdong Pearl River
Delta.
Compared
with ordinary lathes, CNC lathes have high processing precision and
stable processing quality; multi-coordinate linkage can be used to
process complex-shaped parts; when machining parts are changed,
generally only need to change the NC program, which can save production
preparation time; The
lathe itself has high precision and rigidity, can choose favorable
processing amount, and has high productivity; the degree of automation
of the lathe is high, which can reduce the labor intensity; the quality
of the operator is higher, and the technical requirements of the
maintenance personnel are higher. Therefore,
the maintenance of CNC CNC lathes is more professional and meticulous
than ordinary lathes. Maintenance personnel must not only have knowledge
of mechanics, processing technology and hydraulics, but also knowledge
of electronic computers, automatic control, drive and measurement
technology. In order to fully understand and master the CNC lathe, we must do a good job in maintenance.
CNC lathe maintenance mainly pay attention to 3 points:
1 Optimize the processing environment. The
specific environment of the use of CNC lathes will affect the normal
operation of the lathe, so the installation and use of the lathe should
be as close as possible to meet the specified installation conditions to
meet the environmental requirements of lathe production. In
the case of economic conditions, it is best to isolate the CNC lathe
from ordinary machining equipment to facilitate the repair and
maintenance of the lathe. At the same time, the factory is regularly cleaned, and the electrical cabinets, circuit boards, etc. are cleaned.
2 Train professional lathe maintenance personnel. These
personnel should be familiar with the mechanical characteristics of the
lathe used, CNC system, high-voltage equipment, hydraulic pressure, air
pressure, etc., and the use environment, processing conditions, etc.,
and can correctly use the CNC lathe according to the requirements of the
lathe and system manual.
3
For lathes with CMOS components, when a low voltage alarm occurs, the
battery must be replaced in time, and must be carried out while the
control system is powered on. Otherwise, the storage parameters will be
lost, resulting in the CNC system not working.
At the same time for long-term idle CNC lathes. When not in use, the CNC system should always be energized and operated in an unloaded state. In
humid areas or in the rainy season, it should be energized every day.
The electrical components themselves are used to drive away the moisture
in the CNC cabinet, thus ensuring the stable and reliable performance
of electronic components.
