1、適用范圍：主要用于各種PP料、PE、PET、PPB等制品的絲印移印。
2、產(chǎn)品特性：亮光、遮蓋力高、附著力佳、耐沖壓、耐天那水、耐丁酮、耐汽油。
3、稀釋劑：用我司專用稀釋劑或783開油，用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。 


4、固化劑：不需添加。 


5、油墨調(diào)配方法：開罐先攪拌均勻，取所需量油墨稀釋到合適印刷粘度使用。 


6、干燥時(shí)間：逢然干燥：室溫表干5-10分鐘，實(shí)干24小時(shí)；烘烤干燥，80-100度烤20-30分鐘，油墨層方可達(dá){zj0}性能。 


【性能檢測(cè)】 


1、3M膠帶劃百格測(cè)試：{bfb}無脫落 


2、耐沖壓測(cè)試：1mm厚鋁板180°折彎無變化。 


3、耐丁酮測(cè)試：用脫脂棉沾丁酮以500G力水平來回100次無脫色。 


4、耐天那水測(cè)試：用脫脂棉沾天那水以500G力水平來回100次無脫色。 


【注意事項(xiàng)】 


1、先小量試印確認(rèn)符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。 


2、做好承印物的表面qc油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著效果。 


3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學(xué)品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè)，需要wq固化后方可檢測(cè)。 


4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。 


5、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)嚴(yán)禁煙火。 


6、使用時(shí)注意施工場(chǎng)所的通風(fēng)狀況良好，盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。 


7、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內(nèi)，應(yīng)用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)生。

Method of use:

The matters needing attention:
