食品接觸材料檢測(cè)
“食品接觸材料”(Food Contact Materials, 簡寫：FCM) 是指產(chǎn)品在正常使用中與食品有接觸的材料。因其與食品直接接觸，被稱為食品的“貼身內(nèi)衣”，其安全性直接影響到食品的安全，這也是企業(yè)最關(guān)鍵的控制點(diǎn)。食品接觸材料涉及的產(chǎn)品包括，食品包裝，餐具、廚具，食品加工機(jī)械廚電產(chǎn)品等，食品接觸材料包括：

食品接觸材料及制品可能會(huì)在與食品接觸的過程中影響食品的氣味、味道以及顏色，更可能會(huì)釋放出一定量的有毒害化學(xué)成分如重金屬、有毒添加劑，這些化學(xué)成分會(huì)遷移到食品中而被人體攝入，危害人類健康。

Food Contact Materials Testing
Food Contact Materials is the material which contacted with the food under normal use. It was called the “underwear” of the food for they contacted directly. The safety of FCMs affected the food safety very closely which become the key point for all manufacturers. The FCMs product included food container, package material and kitchenware. Those FCMs are: plastics, resin, rubber, silica gel, metal, alloy, paper, cardboard, glass, ceramic enamel, colorants, printing ink, etc.
FCMs would have effect on the food flavor, taste, and color, besides, and it would release harmful chemical ingredients such as heavy metal and toxic additives which would migrate to food andbe eaten by people.
