1992年中國中化集團與常州塑料集團合資成立中化勤豐塑料有限公司，2004年改組成立常州昌博包裝材料廠，2012年成立子公司---常州鉑安防護材料有限公司。
昌博包裝專注于復合包裝材料的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售。主營：托盤罩、噸袋內(nèi)膽、方體防潮袋、立體鋁箔袋、鋁箔真空袋、大型鋁箔袋、防塵罩廠家、抽真空鋁箔袋、集裝袋內(nèi)襯袋、機械設(shè)備鋁箔袋。秉承專業(yè)、環(huán)保、集約之理念，為客戶提供有效可行之包裝方案，提高產(chǎn)品包裝檔次、彰顯產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。
產(chǎn)品獲國家機械包裝協(xié)會、軍品包裝辦公室聯(lián)合推廣、進入“軍品包裝{yx}成果展”進入“軍品包裝工程決策咨詢系統(tǒng)”、進入《軍工裝備配套產(chǎn)品暨jd物資采購供應商名錄》。行業(yè)標準起草單位，參與軟、硬包裝容器透濕度試驗方法之兩項國家標準修訂工作。運用于海軍七大基地之器械包裝。

Chang Bo packaging focus on composite packaging materials research and development, production, sales. Adhering to the professional, environmental protection, intensive concept, to provide customers with effective and feasible packaging solutions, improve product packaging grade, highlighting the product quality.
Products won the National Packaging Machinery Association, office of military products packaging joint promotion, enter "the outstanding achievements of Military Packaging Exhibition" into the decision-making and consultation system of munitions packaging engineering into < military equipment supporting products and suppliers of military materials list. Industry standard drafting unit, in soft and hard packaging containers through humidity test method for two national standards revision work. Used in naval base of the seven military packaging equipment.
