The machine is mostly used for foam pieces that come from foam shredder or foam & quilted fabric waste cutting machine blown into mixing drum of foam reproduction machine after minxing with adhesive,the mixture if dropped down into a standard size mold L2m﹡W1.55m﹡H1.2m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam.The new developed automatic reproduction machien,with a steam,which can produce foam 5 times as fast as form one.
