機(jī)床減震墊鐵有效的衰減機(jī)器自身的振動(dòng),減少振動(dòng)力外傳,阻止振動(dòng)力的傳入,保證加工尺寸精度及質(zhì)量,控制建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)諧振傳播振動(dòng)力和噪音.使粗、精加工各類機(jī)床組成生產(chǎn)單元,S78-8系列機(jī)床減震墊鐵適應(yīng)物流技術(shù)的發(fā)展.安裝機(jī)床不需設(shè)置地腳螺栓與地面固定,良好的減振和相當(dāng)?shù)拇怪睋隙?使機(jī)床穩(wěn)定于地面,節(jié)省安裝費(fèi)用,縮短安裝周期.可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)隨時(shí)調(diào)換機(jī)床位置,xc二次安裝費(fèi)用,使機(jī)床樓上安裝成為可能.
使用方法：將墊鐵放置機(jī)床地腳孔下，并將每個(gè)墊鐵均受力后再調(diào)整機(jī)床水平，{zh1}旋緊螺母。
注：可調(diào)整高度為10-18mm，產(chǎn)品8種，橡膠硬度可供選擇。
How to Use:
Place the mounts under the bolt holes of the machine and made adjustment to be sure that each of the mounts is under even force and then make levelling and finally tighten the nuts.
Note:Adjustable height 10-18mm,There are 8 types of product ,Rubber hardness avaitable for option.
