The company has mainly been engaging in hardware, minerals (coal was excluded), charging, coke, instruments and meters, and nonferrous metal, and dealing with the import and export business of goods and technology by means of self-support or agency. In the recent years, the company focuses on importing manganese ore from Australia, Brazil, Malaysia, Gabon, South Africa, and other African countries, and cooperates with the steel&iron factories within Henan province to import iron ore from Australia, Brazil and India.
